Togle exists for a specific problem: Australian service businesses doing good work while the week disappears into admin nobody chose to do.
Most automation advice is written for software companies with in-house engineers. It doesn't survive contact with a plumbing business running ServiceM8 and Xero, or a clinic in Cliniko where the receptionist is also the intake team.
So we work the other way around. We start with the week you actually have, find the steps that don't need a person, and automate those inside the software you already pay for. No migrations, no rebuild, no "digital transformation" that takes six months to show anything.
We also try to be honest about limits. Some processes are too irregular to automate well, and some are cheaper to leave alone. If that's what the audit finds, we'll say so — plenty of people take the plan and implement it themselves, and that's a fine outcome.
