FAQ
The questions people ask before they book
If yours isn't here, email us and we'll answer it straight.
- Is this just a sales call?
- No. You get a workflow review and a written list of the highest-impact automations for your business. Plenty of people take the plan and implement it themselves — that's a fine outcome.
- Do I need to be technical?
- Not at all. You describe how the work happens today in plain language. We handle the mapping, the tooling, and the build.
- What kinds of businesses is this best for?
- Australian service businesses with 2–50 staff where enquiries arrive daily and admin is handled by people who should be doing higher-value work: trades, clinics and NDIS providers, hospitality, and professional services.
- What if I already use a CRM or booking tool?
- Better. We automate around what you already pay for — ServiceM8, simPRO, Xero, HubSpot, Cliniko, Halaxy, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and similar — rather than migrating you onto new software.
- How long until something is live?
- Most first automations are running within 2–4 weeks of the audit, depending on scope and how quickly we can get access to your tools.
- How does an engagement start?
- With the free 30-minute audit. After it you get a written scope covering exactly what we'd build and the hours it removes, then you decide. Contact us and we'll talk it through.
- Who owns the automations you build?
- You do. Everything is built on your accounts and your subscriptions, and documented so another provider or an internal staff member can pick it up. Nothing stops working if you stop working with us.
- What happens to my data?
- Your data stays in the systems you already use. We only connect the accounts needed for the automation, we use least-privilege access, and we remove our access when an engagement ends.
- Will this replace my staff?
- In the businesses we work with, no — it removes the data entry and chasing so the same team can handle more work without hiring for admin. We'd rather automate the tasks nobody wants than the people.
- Do you lock me into a contract?
- No. Builds are fixed scope, and the ongoing partnership is month to month. If it isn't paying for itself, you should be able to stop.
- What if an automation breaks?
- Every build ships with failure alerts, so we hear about a break before your customers do. Anything we've built is covered by monitoring while you're on a partnership, and by a two-week tuning window after a one-off build.
- Can you work with our existing IT provider or developer?
- Yes, and it usually goes faster. We scope what sits with us and what sits with them up front so nobody is waiting on the other.
