Scope is agreed in writing
Nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment. The work we do for you is set out in a written scope you accept after the audit, valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Engagement terms
Paid work is governed by the written scope and quote you accept, which sets the deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Where anything on this page conflicts with that document, the signed document wins.
Third-party software
We build on platforms you license directly. Their availability and terms are theirs, not ours, and we aren't responsible for changes they make to their products or APIs.
Intellectual property
Automations, configurations, and documentation we build for you are yours to keep and modify. Our own internal templates, tooling, and methods remain ours.
Liability
Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the work concerned.
